Built By Barb LLC (“Built By Barb”, “we”, “us”) provides personalized strength & conditioning coaching, delivered in person and through our coaching app and website. Contact: andrew@builtbybarb.app, (586) 243-4593, 55360 Rifle Ct, Macomb, Michigan 48042-6187, United States.

Contact details — your name and email address when you reach out or when your coach sets up your athlete account.

Training data — the information you and your coach log in the coaching app: programs, sets, loads, session notes, exercise videos you choose to upload, body-weight entries, and optional check-in, nutrition, or habit logs if your coach enables those features.

Payment details — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep records of your subscription or package status.

Messages — conversations between you and your coach inside the app.

To deliver coaching: building and adjusting your program, reviewing your logged training and videos, responding to messages, and billing for coaching services. If you enable notifications, we use your device's push token to send training-related alerts (coach feedback, new programming, reminders). We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.

Our app runs on vetted infrastructure providers: Supabase (secure database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (content delivery, video hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

You can view and update your training data in the app at any time. Push notifications are opt-in and can be turned off in your profile or device settings. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and its data, email andrew@builtbybarb.app — we'll act on verified requests within 30 days.

Training data is kept while you have an active coaching relationship so your history can inform your programming. Uploaded exercise videos are automatically deleted after 30 days. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to you and your coach, and accounts sign in via emailed one-time links or codes — no passwords to leak.

Coaching services are intended for adults. Athletes under 18 may use the app only with consent and supervision of a parent or guardian arranged directly with the coach.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and note the new effective date above.
